Thank you for shopping with Savoy Faire LLC! We take pride in our unique, custom-made products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Order Cancellation & Refund Eligibility
A. Order Cancellations
- You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
- Once production has started (for custom/personalized items), cancellations may not be possible.
B. Return Window
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Returns must be pre-approved by contacting us at [Insert Contact Email].
2. Items Eligible for Return
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
✔️ Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
✔️ Items must be free from stains, odors, or alterations.
✔️ Non-customized, non-personalized products only (see Section 3 for exclusions).
📢 Important: We do not accept returns on custom or personalized items, except in cases of damage or error on our part.
3. Items NOT Eligible for Return or Refund
🚫 Custom & Personalized Products – All custom-made, engraved, or personalized items are final sale.
🚫 Clearance or Sale Items – These items cannot be returned or refunded.
🚫 Consumable or Hygiene-Sensitive Items – Items that cannot be resold due to health regulations.
🚫 Used or Damaged Items – Returns must be in new, unused condition.
📢 If you receive a damaged or defective item, please see Section 4.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at SavoyFaireCo@gmail.com with:
✔️ A clear photo of the damaged/incorrect item
✔️ A photo of the packaging (if applicable)
✔️ Your order number
🔄 If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund based on availability.
📢 We do not cover minor variations in handcrafted products, natural material imperfections, or color differences due to screen variations.
5. Return Process & Shipping Costs
📌 Step 1: Request a Return
- Email SavoyFaireCo@gmail.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return.
- We will review your request within 2-3 business days and provide a return authorization if eligible.
📌 Step 2: Ship Your Return
- Once approved, you’ll receive the return shipping address.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.
📌 Step 3: Processing Your Refund
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of refund approval or rejection.
- If approved, a refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
📢 Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
6. Gift Returns & Store Credit
🎁 If an item was marked as a gift at checkout and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once your return is approved.
🎁 If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to them.
